About the Role:

The Paid Social Lead is a key member of the in-house digital marketing division, working closely with the creative team, divisional marketing & ecommerce teams, and the customer insights team to support the successful delivery, implementation, and post-analysis of paid social campaigns.

This role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, and optimization across various digital marketing channels, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Display. The successful candidate will also contribute to divisional digital marketing strategies and provide thought leadership on paid social best practices.


Main Responsibilities:

* Developing and implementing an overarching paid social strategy for marketing campaigns, trade events, and ad hoc activity
* Building, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the digital marketing strategy and plans
* Pitching new tactics to achieve specific objectives and contributing to divisional digital marketing strategies
* Providing post-campaign reporting and analysis, presenting results to divisional teams
* Closely collaborating with the creative team and divisional marketing teams to ensure creative elements are fit for purpose
* Coordinating assets from brand divisional teams, including co-op, brand campaign, and key promotions
* Educating the broader business on paid social best practices
* Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and PM resource on SEM, affiliates, or partnership requirements
* Ensuring regular review of campaigns in-flight and making effective changes to meet key KPIs and objectives
* Maintaining excellent working relationships with Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative Teams
* Providing invoicing, reporting, and admin support for the division


Requirements:

* At least 3 years' experience in planning and executing paid social campaigns
* Understanding of the eCommerce environment and ways to optimize the online customer experience
* Experience in using Meta Ads manager and/or equivalent ad platforms
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Retail, or Marketing (preferred)
* Proven experience in Digital Marketing, from planning to implementation and reporting across paid social platforms specifically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment with good time management skills and attention to detail
