We are seeking a Senior Category Manager reporting to our Head of Category. You will play a key strategic role delivering category leadership and retail growth across our core brand portfolio. Leading one team member, you will support brand planning, customer engagement, and range reviews across retail, foodservice and export channels. Provide input and insights to ensure decisions are anchored in category context and commercial strategy.

What you'll be doing
Category strategy and execution through customer facing execution of range, space, shelf and merchandising initiatives in partnership with internal teams.
Customer engagement and retail storytelling tailored to key customer needs. Lead retailer category reviews, joint business planning inputs and range performance analysis.
Key contributor in developing and evolving category growth drivers and translating into channel and customer specific category plans as well as supporting innovation.
Provide data-driven input into pricing architecture and promotional effectiveness reviews
What you'll bring
Extensive experience in category management or related FMCG commercial roles
Proven ability to lead both data analysis and insight storytelling at a strategic level
Solid working knowledge of range reviews, shelf optimisation and shopper behaviour
Experience with platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, Quantium, Power BI, and Excel
Experience managing or mentoring others, with a focus on coaching and development.
Experience in working with external research partners and methodologies
Commercial acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
