**About the role**
The Services Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the RSLQ Services Quality Standards Framework. They will lead the development and implementation of the Continuous and Quality Improvement model in accordance with accreditation and lead the key quality improvement initiatives, projects, and activities to meet these standards, supporting regulatory compliance, and improving client experience in accordance with our mission, vision, and values. This role is a
**full time 12-month contract** based in our Fortitude Valley Office.
More specifically, the role's purpose is to:
- Review current and future safety and governance requirements for services in RSLQ
- Develop and lead a quality improvement process including all accreditation processes
- Provide effective leadership in services quality and risk management to assist Service Managers to continuously review their practices.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement the Services Quality Standards Framework for RSLQ.
- Develop relevant governance and quality improvement processes and lead the implementation of these
- Lead all accreditation processes
- Identify and support implementation of improvement activities to meet the services standards
**About you**
Additional requirements include:
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong coordination and administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal customers & stakeholders as well as external
- organisations
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks from multiple individuals
- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in quality or accreditation
- A current Australian drivers' licence
- Excellent working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (health management or community services) desirable
