Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage Oversea 3 outlets - residential dining, function and restaurant operation. Ability to support front of house and customer engagement when required THE PERSON Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record Current Police Check, or ability to obtain Experienced with both bulk cooking and functions & events catering Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control Short order restaurant cooking experience. Ability to work flexible hours to support business demand.
