Your new role
You will manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external contractors.
* Oversee building and site maintenance programs
* Manage contractors and service agreements
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
* Respond to urgent repairs and operational issues promptly
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Facilities Management
* Background in Government, Health, or Education
* Trade qualification or strong technical knowledge
* Comfortable with hands-on work when required
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
