Join our Business Lending Team as a Quality Engineering Lead. As the Quality Automation Engineer lead it is your responsibility to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through automated testing ensuring adherence to relevant standards and processes. This role has strong potential of career growth based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define and refine testing requirements.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web application validation.
- Configure Playwright and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for seamless test execution.
- Design comprehensive test cases covering user stories, business needs, and edge scenarios.
- Continuously improve testing practices by staying updated with Playwright and automation trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software QA and test automation, especially for web applications.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and test integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing and debugging test cases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
