We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our team, uphold our high standards, and drive excellence in pedagogy and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership or management experience in early childhood settings.
About the Position
As the leader, you will play a key role focusing on operational and educational excellence.
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of educators
* Overseeing daily operations and service delivery
* Ensuring full compliance with regulations and child safety standards
* Managing enrolments, staffing, rosters, and administrative processes
* Building strong relationships with families and the community
* Supporting high-quality educational programs aligned with early learning frameworks
* Driving continuous improvement, including leadership of quality improvement plans
* Working collaboratively with stakeholders to uphold service vision and values
