The Role This role is part of our branch team, supporting showroom operations and assisting customers as needed. While not the first point of contact, you will provide expert guidance, follow up on leads, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide product advice and prepare accurate quotes using V6, in line with Australian Standards, NCC, and Design Pressures Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service Meet KPIs for response time, quote accuracy, conversions, budgets, and customer satisfaction Primary responsibility for Showroom Sales, with limited reception/admin cover during break / leave periods Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth branch operations and support colleagues where needed About You Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset Mature, flexible, and motivated to take ownership of the role while supporting the team Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a can-do attitude to all tasks Industry experience is preferred, though transferable skills in sales, customer service, or production are valued Open to training and feedback, with a desire to learn and contribute fresh ideas A collaborative team player who contributes to targets and celebrates success Aligned with our company values and committed to creating positive experiences for colleagues and customers The Benefits Competitive salary package in line with experience.
