At Everyday Mobility, we help people stay independent, mobile, and confident. As a family-run business, we support the elderly and disabled community across the Eurobodalla, Shoalhaven and Illawarra through the sale, rental, servicing, and delivery of mobility equipment.
We're looking for a reliable, organised, and practical team member to take ownership of stock control, while also supporting administration, customer service, and sales.

About the Role
This position is primarily hands-on, ensuring stock is received, assembled, organised, and ready for delivery or showroom use. You'll also assist with customer enquiries, orders, and sales/admin tasks. You'll support both the team and our customers.
Training is provided—no mobility or healthcare experience required.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Stock Control
* Receiving and receipting stock, keeping accurate records
* Assembling equipment (e.g. walkers, shower chairs, scooters)
* Keeping storeroom, showroom, and stock areas clean and organised
* Preparing and loading delivery vans
* Assisting with deliveries, supporting stocktakes and inventory checks
* Safely using equipment such as walkie stackers and platform ladders
Admin, Customer Service & Sales Support
* Responding to phone, email, and in-person enquiries
* Demonstrating and explaining products to customers
* Preparing quotes, invoices, and bookings
* Coordinating deliveries and appointments for the service and delivery team

We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Is highly organised and detail-focused
* Has strong admin skills and is confident using computers
* Enjoys hands-on, physical work and staying active
* Communicates clearly and professionally
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Takes initiative and pride in keeping things tidy and efficient
* Is physically capable of lifting and moving equipment safely

What You'll Need
* Full, clean driver's licence
* Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
* NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Up-to-date flu and COVID vaccinations
* Smart, presentable appearance
