Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the university's brand awareness and reputation.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
* Proven experience in advertising and production media, including print, digital, and promotional materials.
* Proficiency in business support software (e.g. Microsoft Suite and project management tools) and the ability to learn new systems.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality results in a dynamic team environment and contribute to the development of helpful resources for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reviewing requests and providing marketing advice to ensure creative and written output aligns with the University's brand and style guidelines.
2. Writing and editing content for advertising and marketing materials across the University.
3. Assisting with the development of resources for internal teams and contributing to smooth, timely service with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.
