HSEQ Compliance Cordinator

We're currently recruiting for a motivated and detail oriented
HSEQ Compliance Cordinator
to join a growing organisation within the construction and recycling sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in health, safety, environment and quality, while contributing to a supportive and professional team.
Previous experience in safety or compliance is highly regarded but not essential. If you're organised, proactive, and eager to learn, you'll be set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep permits, licences, and compliance records accurate and up to date.
Support staff onboarding and inductions (both online and in person).
Coordinate training, medicals, and licence renewals.
Maintain compliance systems for tracking and reporting.
Assist with audits, site walks, and general compliance activities.
What we're looking for:
Strong administration and organisational skills.
A proactive team player with great communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Safety/HSEQ experience is an advantage, but not essentia (training provided)
Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
