Join Seven Network as our new Journalist in Albury, NSW!
Reporting to the Southern Editor, and based in Albury, the successful applicant would be responsible for sourcing and writing broadcast news in our vital Mackay news market.
What You'll Do
* Generate original daily story ideas for on-air presentations
* Interviewing, writing and voicing
* Develop and maintain contacts in the community
* Research and prepare news reports
* Create an effective and respectful rapport with internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience writing news stories
* Tertiary qualification in journalism or communications
* Exceptional communication and written skills
* The ability to work to very tight/ precise deadlines
* An understanding in Broadcast Law Guidelines
