Supporting Student Success
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our close-knit school community.
Working three days per week, this role supports the delivery of quality teaching and learning by assisting with engaging classroom activities and preparation under the direction of the Principal and teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in planning, resource, and facilitating learning using quality resources.
* Interact with children to foster a love of learning through a growth mindset and development of their independent problem-solving.
* Prepare and manage learning materials, supervise small-group activities, playground duties, and aid with administrative tasks such as photocopying and resource organisation.
Requirements:
* Formal qualifications in education support (e.g., Certificate or Diploma), or currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Primary (or equivalent).
* Demonstrated understanding and experience planning, observing, and reporting on student learning and behaviours.
* A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
* Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a growth-focused mindset.
