Drive Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking a talented Store Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction, developing your team members, and managing high-volume stock.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a proven track record in leadership roles. You will be responsible for maintaining store presentation, exemplifying performance management to achieve team success, and developing strong talent pipelines.

Job Responsibilities

- Customer satisfaction is forefront in operational decisions
- Strive to inspire the store to meet/exceed targets and KPIs
- Lead big box teams of 30+ with passion; inspire your team
- Demonstrate commercial acumen including P&L management
- Manage high-volume stock to optimise efficiency
- Exemplify performance management to achieve team success
- Develop strong talent pipelines (succession planning)
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising/promotional standards

Requirements

- A genuine passion for the outdoors and adventure
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, and have fun
- Prior leadership role/s in a large format retail environment
- Team leadership experience of 30+ team members
- Commercial acumen, including P&L analysis, trends and forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intuitive and effective management of high stock volumes
- First Aid certification or undergo training (fully funded)
