Overview
The Maintenance Technician troubleshoots, repairs, maintains related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Basic Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must possess valid, unexpired driver\'s license
* High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
Qualifications
* One (1) year of prior HVAC or mechanical technician experience
Responsibilities
* Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
* Handle heavy workload of calls
* Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
* Manage workload and job scheduling
* Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
* Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
* Keep manager informed of customer feedback
* Communicate effectively and promptly
* Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
* Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
* When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
* Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
