Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Decision-Making: Utilise your expertise in business analysis and reporting to develop and maintain models that support key business decisions.
* Create Impactful Tools: Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for management.
* Shape Strategic Growth: Analyse trends and patterns in both financial and operational data to guide strategic decision-making.
* Drive Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement technology solutions that optimise business processes.
* Support Forecasting & Planning: Play a key role in the financial forecasting and planning processes, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
About You:

1. Tertiary qualification in business, finance, information systems, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in data insights, business analysis, and reporting.
3. Proficiency in financial and operational data analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
4. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and financial reporting systems.
5. Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security Clearance.
* Desirable: Experience in the VET sector and/or government.
