The OpportunityWe have a 12-month contract opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will provide high-level assistance to the Executive General Manager and the Central Queensland Leadership team, managing a broad range of activities to support service delivery across the business unit.You’ll Be Involved InProviding high-level executive assistance to the Executive General Manager and leadership team, including managing correspondence, emails, screening calls, and coordinating internal and external meetings.Managing the diary of the Executive General Manager, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements.Maintaining positive interactions between business units and service provider contract owners.Attending meetings, taking minutes, distributing documentation, and following up on action points.Managing inventory of office supplies and purchasing equipment as needed.Preparing and proofreading company documents such as contracts, board documents, reports, and annual reports.The Boxes You'll TickProven ability to proactively support a senior executive with their daily operations, anticipating needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of extracting meaningful information and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Effective organizational and prioritization skills.Project management experience is preferred, including budgeting, coordinating priorities, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, and documentation.How to ApplyKinetic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, reflecting the community we serve.
