Are you a visual storyteller who can translate a design concept into a breathtaking, immersive experience? We're looking for a
passionate and talented Visualisation Modeller to join our Digital Innovation & Technology (DIT) team

The Role
You'll be our central creative force, responsible for developing stunning real-time renderings, cinematic flythroughs, and VR experiences. As a Visualisation Modeller, you will:
* Develop photorealistic visualisations and VR experiences using tools like Twinmotion and 3ds Max.
* Collaborate closely with our Landscape Architects and Digital Design Leads to ensure our design intent and cultural narratives are communicated powerfully.
* Transform Revit and other 3D models into compelling storytelling outputs.
* Champion new technologies to continually elevate the standard of our visual communication.
* Manage and optimise visualisation workflows and digital assets.
About You
You have a proven track record with:
* Essential Skills:
Proven proficiency with 3ds Max and/or Twinmotion, strong 3D modelling skills, and expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
* Desired Skills:
Knowledge of tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, or Unreal Engine, and a passion for using technology to make design engaging and inclusive.
* A Creative Mindset:
You possess a high design sensitivity with a strong eye for composition, light, texture, and atmosphere, coupled with a creative and collaborative approach.
