Based in Laverton North at our Pipe Road chemical manufacturing facility, we’re looking to engage a Project Manager with over 10 years experience within our Project Management Team. The Project Manager will be accountable for leading people and projects from initial phase through to completion, managing all project team resourcing. They will coordinate and oversee all phases of a project, delegate tasks to team members, ensure targets are met, and report to senior management and other stakeholders.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
* Develop project management plans aligned with customer requirements and timelines.
* Lead technical challenges, providing leadership and guidance to Project Engineers.
* Coordinate execution of capital works to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specifications, with a focus on safety and cost efficiency.
* Manage compliance with corporate and regulatory OHS and Process Safety Management requirements, as well as legislative engineering standards.
* Manage and report on project schedules, resources, risks, quality, and costs to ensure timely delivery within budget.
* Utilise Nufarm’s financial and procurement methodologies during project execution.
* Provide expertise in project management, technology best practices, lifecycle cost analysis, and construction safety.
* Ensure Management of Change processes are followed.
* Manage project close-out procedures to capture all asset data and construction records.
Could This Be You?
You hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering and have extensive experience in manufacturing project management within multidisciplinary teams.
You possess a scientific approach to problem-solving, make data-driven decisions, and are capable of working independently with initiative and motivation.
