Your Role:

Your responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with every interaction
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately while maintaining solid product knowledge across all business areas
* Ensuring store standards, merchandising, and presentation meet national expectations
* Working towards sales targets, budgets, and KPIs that drive success
* Assisting with stock control, quality management, and following national legislation, WHS, and security protocols
You will also have:
* A genuine passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results
* Experience working in fast-paced retail environments
* A friendly, energetic personality that shines through in every customer interaction
* A strong desire to deliver high-quality customer service and build lasting relationships
* A valid Police Check (required if successful in the interview stage)
