About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is essential.
* At least 10 years of experience in urban design, gained within a consultancy environment in New South Wales.
* Proven track record in client management, business development, and winning new work is highly desirable.
* A strong understanding of NSW planning policies and development controls is required.
* Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management skills are necessary for success in this role.
