Papinelle has quickly become the go-to luxury sleepwear specialist in Australia and beyond, trading across ANZ, US, UK and UAE markets, running successful online DTC channels in each region. Also stocked in David Jones, Anthropologie, Victoria's Secret, Nordstrom and Saks, as well as an expanding retail footprint with its own six stores, Papinelle continues to rapidly grow year on year.
Papinelle is seeking a highly organised, detail oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support our fast paced digital team across three global Shopify stores (AU, NZ, US). This role is ideal for someone with 2-3+ years of ecommerce experience, who thrives in an environment with frequent and exciting Fashion product launches, large collections, and many moving parts.
You will be responsible for ensuring every launch, product, and onsite experience is executed seamlessly, supporting merchandising, enrichment, and day-to-day website management. You will also assist the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager in building and implementing feature enhancements and A/B tests across our digital product roadmap. You will work closely with cross functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) and external developers to deliver a best-in-class customer journey across all digital touch points.
Key Responsibilities
Product Enrichment and Launch Preparation (Monthly)
Manage enrichment for 3 Shopify stores across monthly launches
* Collate SKU lists and product information from Product & Merch teams
* Source, organise, and QA all imagery; identify and escalate missing assets
* Build and maintain enrichment spreadsheets for external agencies, tagging rules, and monthly handover documentation
* Merchandising setup for all relevant collections across AU, NZ, & US
* Troubleshoot enrichment discrepancies or issues
Website Build and Launch Execution
Build out site updates for each monthly launch across all regions:
* Use provided briefs to refresh homepage and key landing pages
* Upload new assets, imagery and merchandising updates
* QA all onsite links, navigation, and product placements
* Help identify, implement & measure key feature changes across all website that boost conversion and average order value
* Help scope and potentially implement a plan to consolidate separate regional Shopify stores into a single instance, utilizing markets functionality.
Website Maintenance and Content Updates
Maintain and optimise the onsite experience across 3 global stores:
* Regularly update homepage, banners, product tiles, and imagery
* Support in fixing site issues with external developer
* Merchandise flagged areas (low stock, top-selling products, broken size runs)
Stakeholder and Development Coordination
* Act as the primary contact for our external Shopify agency
* Brief monthly enrichment changes, website updates, or technical requirements
* Review agency work, provide feedback, and track delivery deadlines
* Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations) as needed
Reporting and Insights
* Contribute to weekly ecommerce reporting
* Track onsite performance, conversion-impacting issues, and product sales trends
* Provide insights and recommendations to the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager
About You
* Experienced: 2-3+ years in an ecommerce coordinator or similar role
* Organised & calm under pressure: Comfortable juggling moving parts, deadlines, and multiple regional launches
* Detail obsessed: You take pride in accuracy, consistency, and a polished onsite customer experience
* Tech savvy: Confident using Shopify and excel spreadsheets
* Proactive & solutions-focused: You identify issues early and work collaboratively to solve them
