As a
Hotel Assistant Manager
you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the luxury offerings available at The Star Residences. Working alongside a dedicated team of professionals, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience in one of the most iconic and prestigious properties on the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational excellence
Lead and support the development of team members to ensure career growth
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and tact
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach
Knowledge of Opera property management system
Flexible availability to work a rotating roster inclusive of evenings and weekends
