Our Vasse store is rapidly growing, and so is our team! We are seeking Baristas and Café Till Attendants (Cashiers) to join us on this exciting journey of growth.
Baristas
Our Baristas are the heart of the coffee station. This is a demanding role for passionate professionals who thrive on preparing exceptional coffees and hot beverages at speed, without ever sacrificing quality or taste. You must be able to work quickly, calmly, and precisely under pressure to ensure every cup meets our high standards.
You\'ll be perfect if you are: Fast, efficient, and precise in your workflow, detail-focused on extraction, texture, and presentation. Someone who genuinely loves coffee culture and consistently aims for perfection.
Café Till Attendants (Cashiers)
Our Till Attendants are the welcoming face of the Café, handling the order and payment process from start to finish. They are crucial for ensuring guests never wait long and always feel valued. You will provide amazing guest service and keep lines moving with efficiency and warmth.
You\'ll be perfect if you are: Empathetic, bubbly, and approachable. Highly efficient in processing transactions and handling cash. Someone who loves connecting with people and making their day better.
