About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Systems Administrator with strong knowledge and expertise relative to the administration, maintenance and configuration of Asset Management Systems. This role will be reporting directly to the Manager Asset Maintenance and provide an asset data management service to support business activities and asset management functions across several business units in the operational teams based at the Ashby Operations Centre. This role will act as the system advocate and subject matter expert, being the point of contact for super users, customers and stakeholders, including City Leaders and employees. The successful candidate requires high attention to detail and the ability to develop processes and procedures that can be understood by both system and non-system orientated stakeholders.
About you As a collaborative member of the Assets Maintenance team, you will thrive working in a busy and change driven organisation. As such, applicants must be able to demonstrate through their resume and cover letter that they meet the following capabilities:
* Tertiary qualification(s) in relevant discipline, such as Asset Management or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a similar role within a large and complex organisation
* Experience utilising Asset Management Information Systems including inventory, Works Management, Condition, Modelling and Financials.
* Advanced organisational, negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
* Experience in administering Asset Management software or similar integrated business systems solutions using an integrated platform is desirable.
