Desktop Support Professional
Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join their team. This role provides onsite and on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Level 2/3 desktop support, with expertise in Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting, Intune, cloud, and thick build machines. They should also be able to provide web application support for Edge or Chrome and cloud application support, collaborating with app owners when required. Additionally, they should be familiar with 3rd party applications like Microsoft, Java, and Adobe, and troubleshoot general performance issues and laptop hardware problems such as monitor, mouse, headset, phones.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of Active Directory and Group policies, PowerShell scripting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with various technical groups and fix issues remotely for users. They should also be able to troubleshoot all application issues deployed on end-user systems, have good client management and communication skills, and understand ITIL concepts and ticketing tools.
