Mid-Level or Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer and Copywriter
Part-time with potential to move into full-time
We're looking for a Junior/mid-level or senior (minimum 3+ years experience) ads specialist who knows how to build and scale lead generation campaigns; experience in the beauty, skin, cosmetic or aesthetic space is a great bonus.
What you'll be doing:
Managing end to end Meta campaigns for lead generation
Writing clear, compliant and conversion-focused ad copy (we will help educate you on this)
Reviewing performance metrics and recommending improvements
Optimising campaigns based on data, not assumptions
Identifying whether results need changes in offer, creative or campaign setup
Tracking and reporting on key metrics including CPL, CAC, LTV and lead quality
Creating scaling strategies based on both ad metrics and client business metrics
Spotting opportunities to improve performance across the whole acquisition funnel
Working with our internal team to ensure consistent monthly results for clients
What we're looking for:
Junior/mid-level or senior minimum 3+ years experience in Meta lead generation
Strong understanding of campaign optimisation
Ability to diagnose why a campaign isn't performing
Confident with metrics beyond the ad account, including LTV:CAC
Comfortable writing ad copy for different treatments and service types
Experience working with beauty or aesthetic clinics is a strong bonus
Strong attention to detail with reporting and tracking
Someone who takes ownership and can think strategically
Understanding of compliance for health and beauty advertising in Australia
Experience with Go High Level, Canva, Google Ads
Ability to map basic funnels and recommend better follow-up processes
