This fintech company based in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing and troubleshooting software for the SIT, UAT and production environments used within the organization.
You will monitor application performance, uptime and health, provide support to resolve incidents, requests and queries related to systems, perform routine maintenance, upgrades and patches, incident management, resolving application related issues reported by users, collaborate with internal business units and external stakeholders for issue resolution, develop and execute scripts using SQL, and provide on-call support.
* Hands-on experience in Application support
* Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases and systems
* Good Analytical skills
