Following a regional restructure, a brand-new permanent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate and Operations to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s people strategy and organisational growth. About Your New Role Reporting directly to the Regional HR Leader, you will work closely with the executive team, offering strategic HR support and guidance across both corporate and operational areas. You’ll take ownership of key transformation and cultural initiatives, forging strong relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver real impact. This is a highly visible role where you’ll be a true partner to the business – shaping the future of the workforce while maintaining a strong focus on ethics, values, and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational and executive stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical HR support Deliver end-to-end HR solutions that align with business goals Oversee performance management, remuneration cycles, promotions, and workforce transitions Lead and support employee relations matters including investigations and policy interpretation Develop and implement engagement and retention initiatives Support organisational change and transformation programs Foster a high-performing, agile, and customer-focused culture About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated success as a Senior HR Business Partner, ideally within a complex operations, infrastructure, or manufacturing environment Strong capabilities in change management, project leadership, and business transformation Confidence in managing sensitive ER issues with a fair and values-based approach Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills A passion for people, culture, and delivering lasting organisational impact Exposure to IR and operational settings will be highly regarded Whether you're looking to take on a new challenge or step up into a true Business Partnering role, this opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
