It specialises in geriatric evaluation and management; rehabilitation and palliative care.Young and the Hilltops region is around four hours' drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra. It's also a great stop on a Sydney to Melbourne road trip. The nearest airports are in Canberra, Wagga Wagga and Bathurst, all around two hours away.As a Clinical Nurse Educator you will:* Research evidence based practice and implement into current practice* Identify and prioritise the professional development needs of staff* Develop, implement and evaluate learning activities across the organization in collaboration with the Quality Manager and relevant managers* Implement, facilitate and evaluate effective clinical orientation programs for clinical staff new to the environment* Develop and implement, monitor clinical competencies**What you'll bring** You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
