Job Profile:
We are seeking a talented and experienced culinary artist to spearhead the creation of innovative Indo-Chinese dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute a variety of Indo-Chinese recipes, including Manchurian, Hakka noodles, Schezwan fried rice, chilli paneer/chicken, spring rolls, etc.
* Develop new menu items and refine existing offerings to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
* Ensure timely preparation and consistent delivery of dishes in line with restaurant standards.
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
* Effectively manage inventory, order ingredients, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff and provide training to junior cooks to enhance team performance.
* Stay updated on current food trends and customer preferences to inform menu development and service delivery.
