Key responsibilities: Taking and entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives Responding to general enquiries/complaints from consumers and clients Sending out price lists, credit applications and catalogues as required Advising customer proof of deliveries and ETA’s for their orders Supplying product and order information to customers Organising credits for incorrect invoices/short shipping etc Raising return authorities and credits for customers Liaising with the 3PL partner to advise stock returns, short shipments etc Liaising with the Product Development team on faulty items when required Processing of all majors account orders into Pronto and ensure orders are processed at the warehouse by the required dates General reporting where required on eg sales reports, indents, back orders and sales promotions etc To be successful in this role, you will have: 1-2 years experience within wholesale sales customer service Diving and or dive training SSI experience is essential Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with SAP, essential Excellent communication skills Strong organisational and follow through skills Team player mindset Why join?
