WorkPac are currently seeking a FIFO Project Manager in Karratha. This role is 2/1 roster, 12hr shifts, Permanent Position, between $180,000 - $200,000 per year.

What you will be doing
* Lead and manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope, while coordinating with clients, internal teams, subcontractors and site personnel.
* Drive business development, including identifying new markets, building client relationships, promoting services and uncovering growth opportunities.
* Plan, scope and prepare project documentation, such as job packs, methodologies, ITPs, Gantt charts, schedules and tender handover materials.
* Oversee procurement and quoting, including site scoping, preparing RFQs/tenders, developing cost estimates and coordinating materials, equipment and supplier requirements.
* Maintain strong communication and stakeholder alignment, providing accurate updates to clients, leadership and project teams, and managing issues promptly.
* Support staff development and HR processes, including coaching employees, conducting interviews, managing performance reviews and resolving conflicts.
* Ensure safety and compliance, performing site inspections, managing risks, reporting incidents, meeting safety KPIs and supporting equipment and vehicle compliance.
What you will need
* Trade Certificate or Engineering Qualification
* Diploma or above in Project Management or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and MS Project
* Civil Earthworks Background
* Analytic Skills
* Ability to Negotiate
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
