The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a motivated Administration Officer to support our Medical Workforce & Education Unit. Join a team committed to Trusted Care and help us achieve better health for everyone across the Central Coast.
About The Opportunity
The Administration Officer role provides vital administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, education, and wellbeing services for Junior and Senior Medical Officers. In this role you will:
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the MWEU.
Coordinate office systems and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records.
Deliver professional customer service and manage internal and external communications.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and wellbeing processes.
Support meetings through scheduling, minute-taking, and record management.

About You
* You have proven experience in administrative support, ideally within healthcare, education, or human resources environments.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn internal systems such as TRIM, StaffLink, iProcurement, HealthRoster.
* Your strong written and verbal communication skills help you build effective relationships and provide accurate, professional support.
* You handle sensitive information with discretion, and you're known for your reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
* You are highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
