**Your day to day**
You will be required to:
- Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and run a shift
- Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, delivering performance reviews, training performance management and development processes and opportunities
- Educate and train all team members in compliance with governmental regulations and ensure staff are properly trained in quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment to carry out job duties
- Respond to colleague / guest requests promptly in order to deliver a seamless service in conjunction with service staff
- Maintain and strive to deliver guest satisfaction results within the Food & Beverage Department
**What we need from you**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, culinary arts or related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Restaurant Supervision. Previous experience within a hotel environment will be highly regarded
- Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol required. Responsible Gaming Certificate desirable, but not essential
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge
- Exceptional communication and customer relations skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and adapt to the moment
- You will also bring the ability to lead employees from diverse cultures and build leadership capability across all levels.
