Job description:
1. Assist chef in sushi preparation.
2. Communicate order details to the wait staff.
3. Sorted, rinsed and organized dishes on racks to be send through dish machine.
4. Assist in cleaning and tidying all areas of kitchen.
5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
6. Ability to work well under pressure.
