Position Overview
The Clinical Lead supports and mentors Digital (Virtual) Health clinicians to deliver evidence‑based care. The role drives continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across Aspen Medical’s Digital Health services.
Job Details
* Fixed‑term, Part‑time/Full‑Time until 30 June 2026 with possible extension (multiple positions)
* Operational 24/7 – shifts flexible between 2–10 hours; overnight availability preferred (midnight – 6:00 am)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Support, train and mentor Digital Health Clinicians (Registered Nurses and GPs) working across helplines
* Assist in planning, coordination and evaluation of services under the guidance of Digital Health Clinical Workforce Lead and Operations leads
* Model compassionate, patient‑focused care and a culture of excellence
* Support quality assurance, policy development and action research projects
* Deliver direct, comprehensive care and manage complex case care when required
* Champion digital health innovation, clinical governance and data‑informed practice
Selection Criteria
Essential
* Must be located in Australia
* Registered Nurse with ≥3 years post‑registration experience, unrestricted AHPRA registration; experience in Digital (Virtual) health or telehealth service delivery
* Demonstrated interest in leadership, mentoring and clinical coordination skills
* Strong knowledge of evidence‑based practice, quality improvement and compliance
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
* Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care quality and compliance
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Desired
* Previous Digital (Virtual) Health Clinical Lead experience
* Knowledge of quality and clinical governance methods, including auditing, compliance assessments and risk management systems (e.g., Riskman)
* Experience in KPI monitoring, reporting and data‑driven improvement
* Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in clinical programme management and healthcare delivery
