practical experience (up to senior associate level) as a patent attorney (or trainee) with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas + are a registered patent attorney in Australia ( or nearing qualification ); have a degree (or higher) in
engineering
(ideally mechanical) or
science
(materials science); have solid experience in drafting/prosecuting patents that relate to mechanical engineering or materials science engineering; are
