What you'll do Deliver friendly, professional customer service Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety Patrol retail areas and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations Apply First Aid and CPR when required Manage access to restricted areas and loading docks Handle conflicts calmly using de escalation techniques Prepare accurate incident reports and security logs What we're looking for Current QLD Security Licence + Crowd Control Function Current First Aid & CPR certificates Strong communication and customer service skills Professional presentation and high integrity Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster Reliability and positive attitude Driver's Licence and transport (preferred) What we offer Flexible casual hours at Robina Town Centre Shift lengths ranging from 4 12 hours Ongoing work with a leading security provider Full professional uniform provided Paid training and development Supportive and inclusive team culture About Trident Trident Services Australia is an industry leader in integrated cleaning and security services across retail centres and airports nationwide.
