Responsibilities:
Ensure that all LEAD clients and visitors are greeted and attended to in a professional and prompt manner;
Respond to telephone calls;
Provide a high standard of clerical and administrative support to LEAD;
Process and maintain general correspondence and financial records related to booking student placements, accommodation, and purchase requisitions, including invoices and receipts;
Ensure booking processes are accurate, timely, and adhere to office procedures;
Participate in emergency management procedures;
Process orders for goods and services through the supply department in line with MDHS policy;
Assist in other general duties as requested by the Organisational Development Manager;
The Administration Assistant will accept accountability and responsibility for their actions within their scope of practice.
