We are looking for skilled RC Drillers/Relief who have a solid background in RC drilling techniques involving;
* Operating RC drilling rigs and equipment,
* Overseeing the drilling process, and
* Ensuring all operations comply with company and safety standards.
Requiring a robust commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards in remote locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate RC drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment.
* Perform daily checks and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure smooth operation.
* Monitor drilling progress, manage field data, and adjust operations as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Train and supervise assistant drillers and other crew members.
* Manage and report on supply inventory at the drilling site.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience as an RC Driller with a strong understanding of RC drilling operations.
* HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's license is essential.
* Cert IV in Drilling Operations is highly preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
