The Opportunity 
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. 
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering exceptional food and service. 
Responsibilities 
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation 
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff 
- Develop seasonal menus and specials 
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships 
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards 
- Work collaboratively with management to enhance the club’s food offering 
About You 
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment 
- Strong leadership and communication skills 
- Creative flair with a passion for fresh, quality ingredients 
- Excellent time management and organisational skills 
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and menu planning 
- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety
