A unique opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager and Front Of House staff at the Pinctada Hotel, just minutes from the turquoise waters and white sands of famous Cable Beach. The hotel's in one of WA's most iconic tourist towns is surrounded by the tranquillity of tropical gardens and captures the essence of Broome with its stunning design and luxury facilities.

Restaurant Manager Role:
You will lead and motivate our dedicated staff to create memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth, maintaining impeccable restaurant standards, and upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage rostering, recruitment, and skilful stock management.
* Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently.
* Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
* Nurture and develop the potential of our team members.
* Engage with the local community to make a positive impact beyond our walls.
What We Are Looking For
* Substantial leadership experience in managing large teams in hospitality or entertainment.
* Proven track record of fostering high-performing and engaged teams.
* Strong budget management and sales growth skills.
* Passion for the hospitality industry and customer-first approach.
Front of House role:
You will be responsible for our customer facing duties, focusing on creating a welcoming experience for our guests and ensuring a smooth service flow.
Your responsibilities
* Greeting, seating, attending to needs, answering questions, and ensuring a positive atmosphere.
* Taking accurate orders, relaying them to the kitchen, and processing payments.
* Serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring timely service.
* Managing bookings, seating charts, and walk-ins.
* Dietary needs, and special requests professionally.
* Keeping dining areas, bars, restrooms, and decor clean and presentable.
