Enrolments & Administration Specialist - Childcare | Remote

Bright Steps Academy is looking for an experienced Enrolments & Administration Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote role supporting families and our childcare centres with enrolments, administration, and family accounts.
We are a leading provider of early education and care, and this role is critical in ensuring our families have a smooth, welcoming experience from their first enquiry through to enrolment.
As we continue to open more centres, there is also the opportunity for the right candidate to step into a leadership role, heading up a growing enrolments team in the near future.
What you'll do:
* Manage inbound & outbound enrolment calls with warmth & professionalism.
* Support and process family enrolments, accounts, tour bookings and waitlists.
* Forecast and assist with centre staff rosters.
* Maintain centre accounts, invoices, and payments.
* Respond to Google reviews & feedback.
* General administration to support centre operations.
* Use of childcare CRM systems (OWNA and Line Leader knowledge highly regarded).
What you'll bring:
* At least 2 years' experience in the childcare sector (essential).
* Strong call centre/customer service & admin experience.
* Enrolment and account management expertise.
* Excellent communication & organisation skills.
* Confidence and potential to lead a team as the business grows.
* Tech-savvy with ability to work independently (WFH).
* Knowledge of OWNA (preferred).
