About You:
 * A minimum 5 years' experience in managing ecommerce businesses and digital marketing channels.
 * A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Digital, Business, or related field.
 * Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and retail technology.
 * Excellent commercial acumen with an understanding of retail dynamics and customer behavior.
 * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, collaborate, and develop teams.
 * Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all digital channels.
 * Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
