Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as an Assistant Strata Manager. As a key member of our strata management department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of professional strata management services.
About the Role
* Fully assisted administrative support for owners enquiries and updates with guidance from the Strata Manager
* Strata knowledge building and assistance to assigned Strata Managers in the service delivery of Owners Corporation Management Agreements with repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance
* Engagement with committee members via email or phone to provide information or handle situations related to their community
* Maintenance of documents and records related to the community within a document management system
* Preparation and update of meeting records and documents such as minutes and meeting agendas using a digital document transaction system. May attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager
* Assistance with setting up utilities accounts, maintaining both hard copy and electronic books and records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, proven experience in administrative roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Document management systems. While not essential, experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is highly regarded.
