Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site Radiographer position based in Burnie, TAS. The Radiographer will perform imaging procedures, ensure radiation safety standards, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high‐quality diagnostic images. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent patient care throughout the imaging process.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and Radiology practices
* Strong understanding of Radiation Safety and Radiation protocols
* Knowledge of Medicine and its application in diagnostic imaging
* Compassionate patient care and strong interpersonal communication skills
* Relevant qualifications in Radiography and certification in Medical Radiation Sciences
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Experience working in a clinical or hospital‐based radiology setting is advantageous
* Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on advancements in radiologic technology
