About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Program Test Manager or SME with a passion for Accessibility Testing to lead accessibility strategy, governance, and implementation across a large digital transformation program. This role will be pivotal in shaping how accessibility is delivered, tested, and promoted across all products and platforms. Responsibilities: Define and lead the Accessibility Testing strategy across enterprise platforms and programs Work with UX, Product, and Development teams to embed accessibility into design, testing, and delivery Conduct accessibility reviews and audits, identifying improvements to ensure inclusive and compliant user experiences Establish guardrails and governance to maintain accessibility standards across projects Drive organisation-wide awareness and adoption of accessibility best practices Provide leadership and mentoring to delivery teams, ensuring consistency in approach and quality outcomes Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Program Test Manager / Senior Test Lead / or SME with commercial experience in Accessibility Testing within large-scale programs Strong understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design Hands-on experience conducting accessibility or usability testing across digital products Ability to define strategies, frameworks, and policies that embed accessibility across teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable Skills: Exposure to automated accessibility testing tools Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how accessibility can be integrated into automation Experience in large-scale enterprise or digital transformation environments Culture and Benefits: We believe in fostering a culture where our people are rewarded for the work they do and looked after from their first day at Planit!
