Applications Support Analyst - Level 2/3 Cheltenham, VIC 3192 Permanent Full-Time Salary: $107,214.34 inclusive of superannuation 17.5% annual leave loading Information & Digital Technology - Applications Services Reporting to the Team Leader - Application Services, you will be responsible for delivering Level 2/3 support across a broad portfolio of enterprise applications and integrated platforms. This role is ideal for a technically strong application support professional with experience supporting enterprise applications, integrated systems, and Microsoft-based environments across complex corporate or government settings. About the Role You will work closely with internal technology teams, vendors, stakeholders, and business users to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and operational while continuously improving functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2/3 application support across enterprise systems and integrated platforms Configure, administer, maintain, and optimise business applications Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, application issues, and system errors Support system upgrades, patching, testing, and release activities Monitor application availability, performance, and business continuity requirements Work with vendors and stakeholders on incidents, enhancements, and projects Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles Support cyber security, disaster recovery, auditing, and compliance activities Participate in projects, system improvements, and transformation initiatives Deliver user support, guidance, and training to improve system adoption and user experience. Required Technical Skills & Experience Strong experience supporting Microsoft technology environments, including: SQL Databases, PowerShell, APIs & integrations, Windows Server, Active Directory Experience supporting enterprise and ERP applications such as: T echnologyOne OneCouncil; Infor Pathway; OpenText Content Manager; Aurion Payroll; InfoXpert / IPS Hansen (highly desirable) Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including: SharePoint; Power Platform; Power BI; Dynamics Experience working with ITSM/service desk tools and ITIL environments Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills Understanding of cyber security, change management, disaster recovery, and system compliance practices If you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
