The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Insurance Broker Assistant to support our Senior Broker in delivering outstanding service to a portfolio of Commercial and Domestic clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with renewals, remarketing policies, endorsements, cancellations, and client declarations
* Collaborate with clients and brokers to deliver a high level of service
* Assist in managing and processing insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including client enquiries and preparing essential documentation
About You
You are a motivated, detail focused team player who is passionate about helping clients. You may already have industry experience or be looking to start your career in insurance.
You will bring:
* A passion for delivering excellent client service.
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Tier 1 or 2 Broking qualification or a willingness to gain this qualification
* Knowledge of Commercial and Domestic insurance products (not essential)
* Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication
* Be familiar with online insurer platforms (not essential)
